Kaitlin joined Woking during the 2018/19 season straight from St Mary’s University and is one of the club's longest serving players. Now the club captain, the skipper was the Southern Region Women's Football League Division One South top goalscorer at the end of the 2022/23 campaign.
During that season, she notably topped it off by lifting the Southern League Chairmen’s Cup aloft and was voted Players' Player of the Season by her teammates.
