  • All guests are asked to report to the VIP entrance at the main Kingfield Road gates to collect their tickets for the game and receive any matchday instructions.
  • Unless otherwise communicated, the Lounge will open two hours before kick off, with the main meal served approximately one hour before kick off. An interview with a member of the playing staff will take place approximately 45 minutes ahead of the game.
  • Dessert will be served at half time and cheeseboard will be served after full time, along with the man of the match presentation in the Lounge.
  • Unless otherwise communicated the Lounge will close one hour after full time (6PM for 3PM games).
  • At all times, please demonstrate courteous, polite behaviour to staff and other guests.
  • There is a zero-tolerance policy for discriminatory language and/or behaviour against any person regardless of age, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability or any other reason.
  • Please dress in a smart-casual manner as a minimum. This is an exclusive space at the stadium and our dress code reflects this. No shorts, sandals, vests, etc.
  • No outside food and drink are to be consumed in the Lounge, other than anything agreed with Club prior.
  • If any of your guests are children, they are to be supervised at all times and should not disturb other guests.
  • No running while in the Lounge.
  • If items such as footballs or other toys are brought into the Lounge, they should not be played with at any time as this is a hazard and annoyance to other guests.
  • All electronic devices should be on mute, or headphones used.
  • Please respect Club staff when they are making announcements on the microphone, or when interviewing personnel.
  • No audible profanity to be used.
  • Alcoholic beverages are to be consumed responsibly and not to excess.
  • Alcoholic beverages purchased in the Lounge should not be taken outside the Lounge.
  • If attending a game, please have your ticket ready to be shown to staff at all times.
  • For any issues, please contact Club staff and they will be happy to assist. For matters of utmost importance, please find the Commercial Director or the Food & Beverage Director.

At the Club’s discretion, we may ask you and your guests to vacate the Lounge if behaviour is demonstrated contrary to any of the above and no refund or exchange will be offered.
