Coaching sessions are typically 90minutes on a fortnightly basis over 3, 6 or 12 months
The programme is fully bespoke and co-created with you to meet your needs and your objectives are reviewed regularly over the agreed period to ensure we are on track.
Complimentary DISC personality style profile is provided at the start of a coaching agreement if required.
Group Coaching for Teams
I am a certified group coach and I provide bespoke group coaching programmes/ workshops to meet you and your teams needs.
I also run workshops on topics that are relevant to working and personal circumstances e.g. leadership, setting boundaries with others; Emotional intelligence and Personal energy.
I love to create content for groups that is energising, innovative and fun making it easy for participants to remember and digest information and reach the desired learning outcome
All content is agreed based on your desired outcomes for the group work.
