Distillers Of Surrey was launched in June 2018 at Ripley's Grape & Grain festival. A family run company launched by Simon and Lianne Sherlock. Simon's background in the drinks industry originated in June 2015 having joined Silent Pool Gin where he worked on multiple award winning distillates, culminating in him leaving as their Head Distiller in December 2017.
Distillers Of Surrey launched with their artisan small batch, handcrafted range, Sherlock & Sons in homage to Simon & Lianne's three young sons, Hamish, Charlie and Monty. The Sherlock & Sons range has a focus on British ingredients, British label manufacturers and designers. Using locally sourced botanicals of the finest quality and origins. With craftsmanship at the heart of the process, from distilling to hand filling and labeling. Distillers Of Surrey are focused entirely on creating beautifully crafted spirits with uncompromising attention on quality and ethics.
