Woking Football Club today begins the search for a new manager who will take them into The Football League. Chairman David Taylor will lead the process and commented ?We are looking for an ambitious leader with evidence of very strong motivational skills.?
?Maintaining strong discipline on and off the pitch, and respecting the club?s high standards are also critical? he added.
Colin Lippiatt, Football Technical Director, who will help David in identifying the right manager, added ?We will also be looking for a track record of achievement within a highly successful Academy/Youth structure.?
