Woking Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Sonny Singh.
The 20-year-old midfielder joins on loan from Stoke City until the end of the season.
Singh started his youth career at Leicester City, moving to Sunderland later and featuring for their under 18 side in the U18 Premier League
He signed for Stoke City in July 2022, initially joining the club’s under 18 setup, before graduating to the under 21 side and featuring in Premier League 2. He then made 12 appearances in the 2022/23 Premier League 2, scoring twice.
This season, Singh has been on separate loan spells at National League North sides Hereford and Rushall Olympic, making eight appearances in total. He joins Michael Doyle’s side hoping to add to an already impressive midfield in the last four games of the season.
The signing was completed ahead of the National League transfer deadline on Thursday 28th March.
