Woking Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Kevin Berkoe.
The 22-year-old left-sided defender joins the Cards on loan from Salford City until the end of the season.
After spells in the Chelsea and Wolves academies, Berkoe joined Oxford United in May 2019. He made his debut for the U’s off the bench against Peterborough in the Carabao Cup in August 2019, before a successful loan to Oxford City until the season was curtailed due to Covid, scoring twice in 17 appearances.
A move to Salford would follow, and Berkoe has made 21 appearances for the Ammies since joining, scoring twice. He has been loaned out to AFC Telford United, Altrincham and lastly Maidstone, whom he joined in March 2023 and impressed at both wing back and full back for the Stones.
So far this season, Berkoe has played nine times for Salford, including seven in League Two, where he also scored against Crewe Alexandra back in October.
