On Friday 15th March 50 people were massacred in a terrorist mass shooting whilst praying at the Al - Noor Mosque and Linwood Islamic Centre in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Recognising the large Muslim communities in both Slough and Woking, and coinciding with a peace vigil in the town on Saturday, we will be holding a minutes silence before kick off. This will be to remember the bereaved and also to think of all victims of terrorism at this turbulent time.
