Following a month’s loan at Merstham FC Fabio Saraiva has made the decision to sign permanently for The Moatsiders, who play in the Isthmian League Premier.
Fabio played 74 times for The Cards and supporters will particularly remember his long distance goals, particularly in his first season, when he scored 15 times from midfield. Woking FC would like to thank Fabio for his wholehearted efforts for the club and wish him every success in his future career.
Fabio commented: "It has been a very tough decision to make and I would like to thank everyone at Woking FC during my 2 and a bit years there. After a tough season last year, both personally and as a team, I just felt it was right that I get back to playing regularly for me to enjoy my football again. A particular thank you to all the staff, players, all the people behind the scenes which do so much work and, of course, to the fans for always being there through all the good and bad times during my time at the club.
There are so many people to thank at this incredible football club and there’s not a bad thing I can say about Woking. I have had some amazing memories especially in my first season and I can only be truly grateful for the opportunity to enjoy my time at Woking. I’ve created good memories and a club that will stay with me."
