Woking Football Club is delighted to announce that Sam Mason has signed for the 2018/19 season.

Sam, 17, made his debut for the Cards last November against Maidenhead United, coming in as a late replacement for Nathan Baxter in goal following an injury to the on-loan Chelsea keeper. He made his second start three days later, keeping a clean sheet in the 1-0 victory against Ebbsfleet United. Sam has also represented England at College level.

Dowse commented: "Sam played a few games last season and should be trying to fight for the number one spot, I'm not interested in him sitting on the bench for 40 games, it's up to him as a young lad to try and get a first team place."

Listen to an interview with Sam below.
