The versatile attacking midfielder joined Woking in the summer of 2023, ending a six-year association with League Two side Newport County, with whom he was in a second spell. He made close to 300 appearances for the Exiles in all competitions, helping them win promotion to the EFL and spending several years playing alongside Woking teammate Padraig Amond, who joined the Cards from Newport 12 months earlier.
Capable of playing out wide or through the middle behind a centre forward, he began his career at Cambridge, graduating from the club's academy in 2007. He spent close to four years with the U's, making over 100 National League appearances, scoring 19 goals. After netting 10 in 27 in the first-half of the 2010/11 season, fellow fifth tier side Luton Town won the race for his signature, and he added 6 in 15 for the Hatters during the rest of the campaign. He remained a regular for the club the following season as they earned a place in the end of season play-offs, losing in the final to York City.
After spending the first-half of 2012/13 back at Cambridge, he joined Newport in January 2013, and this time the season ended with Wembley joy - he was an unused substitute as the Exiles won the Welsh derby against Wrexham. He spent the next two years at Rodney Parade as Newport established themselves back in the Football League.
Following two years in non-league with Ebbsfleet and Chelmsford he re-joined Newport in 2017. His second spell at the club would prove the most productive of his career, playing 200 times in all competitions, including being a part of Newport's memorable FA Cup runs to round four (2018) and round five (2019), as well as two play-off appearances. He finished last season on loan at Walsall.
