Woking Football Club is welcoming applications from individuals who are seeking to join the matchday team.
There are various positions available in supporting our ticketing team. These involve supporting our entry operations into The Laithwaite Community Stadium and to strengthen the matchday experience for our supporters.
Job Role
Ideal for keen, proactive, and team-oriented individuals who want to gain experience in Operations & Ticketing at a professional sports venue whilst earning some extra income. Our roles are flexible, and we will work with successful applicants regarding finding the roles and hours that suit their skills best.
Main Responsibilities
• To operate and assist turnstile scanning and/or any ticketing sales points to provide efficient entry into The Laithwaite Community Stadium.
• To ensure a thorough knowledge of the Club’s ticketing information to communicate appropriate details to supporters.
• To act as the main information point for ticketing queries while showcasing a supporter-focused and welcoming experience.
• To strive for continuous improvements in customer care through constructive suggestions for change.
Conditions of Role
• £9 - £11 per hour based on national guidance.
• Flexibility in working hours as matchdays fall on weekends/weeknights.
• Structured hours determined by line manager and based on demand of fixture.
• Full training will be given.
