Anthony joined the coaching team at Woking at the start of the 2022/23 season from St Marys University Women's Football Club, where he was also Head Coach. He has plenty of coaching experience, with previous jobs including Assistant Manager for Stevenage FC Women, Assistant Coach for Charlton Athletic FC Women U21's and Head Coach for Brunel University Women's Football Club. He also had the lucky opportunity to be Head Coach for Jack Wilshere's NCF Elites team.
In the short space of time since his arrival, he has helped play a massive role in bridging the gap between the First Team and Development Squad, by developing a girls' pathway. His creative and challenging session plans also go a long way in achieving the goal of FA Women's National League football by the year 2025.
