The 20-year-old ‘keeper joins on a short-term loan from Sky Bet League One side Reading.
An academy product of the Royals, Norcott signed his first professional contract in July 2023, making his debut in October 2023 as he played the last three minutes of an EFL Trophy game.
A loan move to Southern League side Beaconsfield Town in March 2024 followed, where Norcott finished the season before making his second Royals appearance, again in the EFL Trophy, against Walsall in the Second Round last October, where he impressed Reading fans by helping nine men go to penalties after David Button was sent off.
He joins the Cards, adding competition to a goalkeeping unit hampered by injury to Will Jaaskelainen, and Director of Football Jody Brown sees it as a great opportunity for both player and club.
