It was apparent from the first whistle that Hayes & Yeading believed they had a point to prove in this very competitive physical battle, however a strong 'pitch wise' Woking side refused to react to the provocation in this game that witnessed Hayes picking up 4 yellow cards one of which should arguably been red.
A goal each from the two newcomers Isaac Sedu and Luke Whiteman was sufficient to earn the Woking youngsters their fourth straight win of the season and also earn the two strikers the joint Man of the Match Award.
MOM : Isaac Sedu & Luke Whiteman
Every day at the Academy is a school day and last night was no exception as we witnessed Graham Baker spending 30 minutes on the pitch after the game debriefing his players, if the boys take his wise words on board, then they have a chance.
