We would like to thank Woking supporters for their unbelievable generosity as we collected for the hospital visits on Saturday. £743 was collected which is tremendous – almost double our regular amount.
When added to the players’ contribution we will have raised close to £1000. 100% of this will go towards gifts and toys for the children and more long-lasting items for the wards; the players (and KC Kat) will be visiting this Wednesday. Thank you.
Also we would like to invite all Woking supporters to a special pre-Christmas Fans' Forum on Thursday 19th December, 7.30pm start. This will be hosted by the Cards Trust and will include a presentation of the plans for the new stadium, changes that have been made and an opportunity to hear how we can engage and support proposals. Dowse will also pop down after training to give his thoughts on the new year and how we as fans can help him.
Some Kingstonian Trophy tickets are still available for this Sunday; they are available at the club between 8am and 1pm at the club; it is an all-ticket game and parking is limited.
Finally thank you for the support for the carol service; it was a great evening, all ages, lots of fun and great feedback.
