Woking Football Club wishes to thank all fans who travel in numbers and support the Cards so passionately. It encourages the players and produces a great atmosphere.
However, to a small minority, we would highlight in the strongest terms that the possession of flares/ smoke bombs and entering the field of play during matches are criminal offences and perpetrators face a lengthy ban from football grounds, being charged, gaining a criminal record and recent offenders have gone to prison. In addition such behaviour will harm the good reputation of Woking FC and produces censure and fines from the FA. If you take part in anything like this you are not supporting the football club but harming and undermining it.
The club will provide all the evidence we have and cooperate fully with the police and footballing authorities in identifying culprits, enforcing the law, banning offenders from Woking FC and ensuring that antisocial behaviour is eradicated.
Again, to the vast majority of those who travel, lend their wholehearted support and are committed Woking FC fans - thank you.
