The Community dept have just completed a ten week Healthy Lifestyle Club with members of Woking Mind.
The sessions involved one of our trainers leading fitness classes as well as giving advice on nutrition. In addition with the help of Woking Borough Council and the Woking Leisure Centre we were able to arrange for members to use the gym.
On the final week a walk was organised from the Corner House in Woking to the Football Club where a celebration lunch was held.
