Woking Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Gozie Ugwu for the 2016/17 season.
Gozie is a 23-year-old striker who started his career in Reading’s academy, signing a professional contract in 2011. He had loan spells at Ebbsfleet United, Yeovil Town, Plymouth Argyle and Shrewsbury Town, leaving Reading in the Summer of 2014 to join Dunfermline Athletic. Gozie scored 7 goals in 14 appearances for the Scottish League One side, before signing for Yeovil Town in January 2015 for the remainder of the season. He signed for League Two side Wycombe Wanderers for the 2015/16 season.
