Woking Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Shaun Jeffers from Yeovil Town on a 28-day loan.

The 23-year-old striker started his career at Coventry City, making his debut in August 2009 in the Football League Cup, and made his Championship debut a few days later in a 2-0 win against Barnsley. Shaun went on loan to Cheltenham Town in August 2010, scoring his first professional goal in a Football League Cup match away to Brentford in his 2nd appearance for The Robins.

He signed for Peterborough United in 2013, scoring his first goals for the club with a brace in a 5-0 win against Tranmere Rovers in the FA Cup. In January 2014 Shaun joined Newport County, making 35 appearances before signing for Yeovil Town in the summer of 2015.

Shaun has played 30 matches for Yeovil this season, scoring his first goal for the club in a 2-2 draw with Stevenage. In the last round of The FA Cup the young striker came off the bench to score an equaliser in additional time to take the match to a replay.

Everyone at Woking welcomes Shaun to the club.
