WOKING 3 FOREST GREEN 3

12:00am, Sat 14th Apr 2007
The Cards staged a dramatic comeback from 3-0 down at half time to level the score and potentially snatch the win at Kingfield.

The visitors looked to be cruising at 3-0 up going into the break, but the Cards were not to be defeated.

It was left very late as Liam Marum began the comeback on 81 minutes, followed by Tom Hutchinson some 3 minutes from time. The spirit of the team and the never-ending support from the fans made it all worthwhile when Giuseppe Sole stepped up with a legendary free-kick to spoil the party for the visiting side.

This result should put the Cards safe of the relegations spots and cue a nice end to the season.

Next up is Rushden & Diamonds away next Saturday.

Full report and a welcome return from Brian Caffarey to follow
