Following a spell in the academy at Carshalton Athletic, Deon moved to Peterborough United in 2015, signing a two year scholarship in the summer of that year. After a short spell at Merstham in 2018, he signed for Bristol Rovers in late August, making just a singular league appearance whilst being loaned out to Bath and Billericay.
Spells with Hemel Hempstead and Dulwich Hamlet followed before Deon joined Lewes in August 2022, scoring 13 in 63 for the club. His performance against Hornchurch alerted their manager Steve Morison to the forward, and after moving to Sutton, Morison poached Deon in January 2024.
In twelve appearances, Deon scored once, leaving the club in May. He joined the Cards in August 2024 after impressing as a trialist.
