Pre-Season Friendly
Fulham U21s vs Woking
Tuesday 29th July 2025
19:00 Kick Off
Motspur Park

Four friendlies down, just two to go for Neal Ardley’s Cardinals, who sealed a comprehensive 2-0 win over Tottenham U21s on Saturday with first-half goals from Aiden O’Brien and Jack Turner.

A similar test awaits as Woking have the opportunity to play at a Premier League facility in Motspur Park against a Fulham U21s side who were and will once again be in the Cards’ National League Cup group.

Absentees from Saturday’s outing at the Laithwaite included Will Jaaskelainen, expected back at the end of August, Harry Beautyman and Jake Hyde, whilst Josh Osude, Inih Effiong and Luke Hall didn’t come off the bench, which should mean they will feature from the start in this fixture.

Opposition Watch

Coached by former Colchester gaffer Hayden Mullins, Fulham U21s were pipped to the Premier League 2 title by Man City after a thoroughly impressive campaign, and two wins and two defeats in the National League Cup saw them beat Woking and Wealdstone despite failing to progress.

They secured a 1-0 win at Braintree Town on Friday thanks to a goal from Terrell Works, with the Fulham report describing it as a ‘deserved win’. Players featuring included former Oxford City, Sutton United and Bradford City loanee Olly Sanderson, 19-year-old winger Tom Olyott who has experience with Walton & Hersham, and former Woking academy keeper Marco Underwood.
