Woking vs Brackley Town
Enterprise National League
Saturday 29th November 2025
15:00 Kick-Off
Woking will hope to finish a November run of fixtures that has seen two away wins and two home draws with a first league win at the Laithwaite since early September.
A peculiar run of form has seen Neal Ardley’s side pick up four away league wins on the bounce and four home league draws as they’ve gone eight unbeaten in the league, but against a Brackley side who’ve lost four league games in a row, there’s a chance for the Cards to enter the top half with a win.
One man who definitely won’t be involved is Sam Ashford, loaned to NLS high flyers AFC Totton until January, but other than Dale Gorman, it’s a clean bill of health for Ardley’s side.
Opposition Watch
Since these two sides met in the FA Cup in mid October it’s been a tough run for Gavin Cowan’s Brackley, who now sit just three points outside the drop zone having been defeated by Boreham Wood, Morecambe, Altrincham and York.
Despite this, Brackley have an FA Cup Second Round tie to look forward to at home to Burton Albion, with a genuine chance at the Third Round after beating Notts County on penalties. Cowan will hope that none of his players are distracted, with this a very important game for Brackley as they don’t play again in the league until the 21st December.
Last time out, Stuart Maynard’s free scoring York side came from 1-0 and 2-1 down to defeat Brackley, who will have taken confidence from giving York such a scare.

One to Watch
It was on-loan Shrewsbury striker Callum Stewart who sent the tie against Notts County to penalties, and he made himself a Brackley hero in the process. Yet to score in the league, it’s crucial he gets off the mark if Brackley are to start climbing back up the table.
