Solihull Moors vs Woking
Enterprise National League
Tuesday 30th September 2025
19:45 Kick-Off
Woking travel to the West Midlands hoping for a change in fortunes at the ARMCO Arena where they will face Solihull Moors.
Saturday’s defeat at Boreham Wood means it’s just one point from four games and one goal scored in those four for Neal Ardley’s side, with changes expected following last week’s double header against Sutton and the Wood.
Ardley returns to a ground where he managed the Moors to a playoff final back in 2022, with Woking hoping to pick up just their second ever win at Solihull.
Opposition Watch
A difficult season saw Solihull eventually secure safety, but Matt Taylor failed to answer his critics with a dire start to the season seeing Moors sit rock bottom after defeat at home to Yeovil in early September, at that time having picked up three points from seven games.
James Quinn has done a fine job as interim manager thus far, with just a 4-1 defeat to Rochdale overshadowing three wins and one draw in five games as the Moors now sit 16th with 13 points from 12 games. Saturday’s 1-0 win over an in form Brackley Town side saw Moors pick up their first home win of the season, and they will hope to make it back-to-back against the Cards.
An influx of players in the summer has seen Solihull add youth to their ranks in the form of former Dagenham player Oscar Rutherford, as well as star man Jacob Wakeling.

One to Watch
Jacob Wakeling, signed from Peterborough United in the summer has lived up to his potential and scored five times in six games for Moors, including four in his first two games as he looks to rediscover the form that saw Posh pick him up from Swindon back in September 2023.
